The existing premises consisted of one individual production hall a part of which was a one storey annex, which serves as an administrative, social and technical background in order to fulfill the needs of the users. The expansion was based on the annex construction to the already existing mainobject in the reserve area with a surface of approximately 6355 m 2 on the western side of the already existing object. The ground plan dimensions of the hall are 155.16 x 41.285 m. Structurally the object is designed as a combined support system, a steel construction with lengthwise beams on pillars, which are 20 m from each other or circumferential full-plate beams on pillars which are 20 m from each other. Built-up area has a surface of 62818 m3 and the total area with buildings equals 6 270.85 m2.
