The building consists of a single-storey production hall 100.70 m x 100.70 m and a three-storey technical and operating part, which structurally is a part of the production hall and is its inseparable part. The built-up area of the complex is 10 165.87 m². The enclosed area is in a volume of 124 665.72 m³. The supporting structure of the hall building consists of a reinforced concrete skeleton with an axial distance of the supporting pillars 10 and 25 meters supplemented by a steel construction of the awning for the dispatch of products and a steel annex of the compressor room. The reinforced concrete pillars of the skeleton are placed on foundation bases with prefabricated bells. The cladding consists of sandwich panels for thermal insulation. The roof consists of profiled sheets, thermal insulation made out of mineral wool and waterproofing. The ceilings in the three-storey part of the object are monolithic, out of reinforced concrete, the interior partitions are made from usual masonry. The fillings for the holes – windows and doors – are from aluminum. The hygienic, social and administrative areas are located tn the integrated three-storey part of the object. The hall is used for the production (mainly the welding of sheet pressings, bodywork parts – doors, floors, cells etc.) and especially for the storing of manufactured parts.
