The construction of the object was designed as a one-storey monoblock of a hall with an administrative in-build with the dimensions of the ground plan 310 x 120 m. The light height of the hall in its lowest point is 8.50 m. In the part of the hall called NEW RDC between the axes 5 – 14 a roof foundation module was designed with the dimensions 12 x 24 m consisting of prestressed trusses shaped like the letter I and 160 cm high. They are placed 12 m from each other. Trapezoidal binders (70 cm in height) are placed vertically on the trusses 6 m from each other. The columns of this part have a 60 x 60 cm cross section. The stability of the object was designed by fixed columns into the bells of the piles. The construction looks like a composite frame.
