The object is a one-storey building (ground plan 59.5 x 24.9 m) with a gabled roof. The largest area of the shop is occupied by the handling and warehouse spaces. The object is accessible from the southern side via a newly built service communication. A shelter for the shopping carts is located next to the main entrance of the shop. The parking in front of the object is made for perpendicular parking of 99 vehicles on a surface made out of paving blocks. The rain water is first cleaned in an oil separator before entering a sewage collector. The lighting of the parking lot is provided via a system of lighting masts connected to a HR switchboard. The total built-up area equals 1372 m2, the are of the parking lot equals 3000 m2.
