The object is fully provided with utility networks and parking spaces. The object is based on deep foundations. The cladding is of a steel insulatedtype of a sandwich construction. The built up area equals 12 174 m2. The reinforced areas - the parking areas equal 23 264 m 2, the communications area equals 2 716 m2.
